1. Delete in the app
- Open the TabibKon app or tabibkon.com and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm. If two-factor authentication is on, enter your code.
2. Request deletion without signing in
Use the form at the bottom of this page. We email you to confirm that you own the address, then delete the account within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile, email address and sign-in details
- All prescriptions, uploaded images and documents
- All digital records, exports and preferences
4. What may be kept, and for how long
- Backup copies are removed within 30 days.
- Security logs without prescription contents: up to 12 months.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
5. Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
6. Delete only some data
You can delete a single prescription and its file at any time from the record page, without deleting your account.
