What we process

We process the prescription documents you upload, the text extracted from them, your account email, your preferred country and language, and basic usage counters needed for your plan.

Why we process it

Solely to transcribe your uploaded prescription into a digital record that you review, and to show you your own history. We never use prescription contents for advertising and never sell prescription data.

How files are stored

Documents are stored in private storage under a randomly generated file name inside a folder that belongs to your account. Access is restricted by database-level row security, so no other account can read your files, prescriptions or history.

Processing providers

To read a document, its contents are sent to the configured AI/OCR processing provider. No prescription contents, medicine names or patient details are sent to analytics.

Retention

Records are retained until you delete them. You can delete an individual prescription (including its original file and digital record) or your entire account at any time from your profile. Optional auto-delete can be configured in settings.

Your controls

Export your record as PDF or text, delete individual prescriptions, or delete your account and all associated documents.
