Clear answers for using TabibKon safely.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 15 MB are accepted. Automatic reading currently supports images and PDFs; other documents can be entered manually.
What if handwriting is unclear?
TabibKon marks uncertain fields for review instead of guessing. Compare every field with the original before confirming.
Does TabibKon give medical advice?
No. TabibKon transcribes documents. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate doses, check interactions or recommend treatment.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Delete an individual prescription from its record or history, or delete your entire account from Profile.
How does brand lookup work?
It works only when a trusted country-specific registry is configured. It never substitutes the original medicine and requires pharmacist verification.
