Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and TabibKon (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) for use of tabibkon.com and the TabibKon Android app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TabibKon is a document digitization tool only. It is not a doctor, pharmacist, prescriber or medical device. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or recommend medicines, calculate doses, give treatment advice, or change or substitute a prescription.

Always follow your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Automatic reading, especially of handwriting, can be wrong. You must check every field against the original prescription before relying on or sharing a record. The original prescription remains the authoritative document.

Where a trusted country registry is connected, TabibKon may show marketed products that match an extracted ingredient, strength and form. This is for information only. A licensed pharmacist must confirm availability and suitability.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these Terms where you live. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You may upload only documents you have the right to process, such as your own prescriptions or those of someone in your care with their permission. You must not:

• upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content;
• use the Service to forge, alter or misuse prescriptions;
• try to access other users' data or disrupt the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

You own the documents you upload and the records created from them. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Free plan includes 3 analyses per month. Paid plans purchased in the Android app are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy.

You can cancel at any time in Google Play. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Full details are in the Subscription Terms.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, after notice where reasonable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, TabibKon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using a digital record. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and notify you of significant changes before they apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, unless the law of your country gives you mandatory rights.
